Nina is the epitome of a third culture kid. Born in Vietnam, she grew up in the United States and studied abroad in Brazil and France. Nina has been to 26 countries (to date) and speaks Vietnamese, English, French, Brazilian Portuguese, and is learning Spanish.

Her multicultural upbringing and travels shape her unique viewpoint on the people and places she encounters and informs her ability to craft stories, build communities, and feel at home wherever she goes – a self-proclaimed international homebody.

Nina believes creative work – whether entrepreneurship or the arts – is a privilege that should be accessible to all. She values compassion, clarity, creativity, communication, and community. Her strengths include empathy, clarity of thought, and precision of language.

Her multidisciplinary approach to creation – whether through storytelling, operations, or program design – helps individuals and organizations of all types navigate diverse communities and contexts to generate meaningful change.

Regenerative principles and practices (generating a net positive in all systems vs. simply minimizing harm or getting to net zero/sustainability) is an important framework that shapes her work economically, socially, and ecologically.

She has been recognized in publications such as Business Insider, Austin Monthly, and Austin Woman for her work.

Nina enjoys being a misfit who reads too many books and has too many hobbies. Her taste in music is impeccable. She can usually be found writing poetry, making art, gardening, and traveling. Her belief when it come to art is that "The process makes the artist. The intention makes the art."

She is a proud cat mama of two: Rumi, a cross-eyed 9-year old Russian Blue, and Rogue, a 7-year Siberian who thinks he's a dog.

Nina's home base is Austin, Texas, but she can be frequently found being a homebody in Houston, Mexico City, and Saigon.
