FAQs

FAQs

  1. What type of clients do you work with?

I enjoy collaborating with values-aligned individuals and organizations who care about social and environmental impact, demonstrate reciprocity, and can meet my needs of integrity, clarity, order, freedom, and leadership.

For early stage entrepreneurship consulting, I enjoy mentoring early stage founders especially from underrepresented communities.

For program design and DEI training, I've worked with higher educational institutions, corporate and private foundations, and governmental agencies.

For creative work and community building, I've partnered with cultural arts organizations, modeling agencies, conference producers, tech startups, and brands in fashion and CPG (consumer products and goods).

  1. How do I start working with you?

I am open to work in the form of hourly consulting, projects, or fractional leadership roles.

(I am not open to a full-time role in this season).

We'll start with an initial 30-min consultation (booked via Calendly) to understand if I might be a good fit for your needs. During the call, I'm seeking to understand:

* organizational or individual goals
* success metrics
* scope of the engagement
* timeline
* budget

  1. What does pricing look like?

For hourly consulting, my rate is $175/hr with sliding scale opportunities depending on the organization or individual.

For projects, the scope will need to be defined and broken into implementation phases.

For fractional leadership roles, I am only open to Regenerative Work* serving people and planet.

(Regenerative Work to me means creating a net positive impact for communities and our planet - versus simply minimizing harm or getting to net zero i.e. sustainability.)
